Common Technical Issues and Information about Our Courses
First, make sure you have an account on the site with the email in question. When students cannot access a course or their account we often find it is because they are using the wrong or misspelled email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking clicking 'Sign in' and then selecting Forgot my password. You can also request a password reset here: https://contractortrainingcenter.thinkific.com/users/password/new - You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email can take up to 5-10 minutes to be received. Note that if you click Forgot my password many times, multiple emails will be sent and only the reset link in the most recent email will work.
Often, this issue is caused by a browser problem on the student's computer. We recommend you make sure that all internet browsers be up to date. If you're not sure what browser you're using you can check out here: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ Here are some basic browser troubleshooting steps: 1. Clear your cache and restart your browser. 2. Check you're using the newest version of your browser. 3. Try a new browser: we recommend Google Chrome 4. Restart your device 5. Try a different device if possible 6. Try a different internet connection (School and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block our video provider.)
If you purchase our course through our store and not seeing your course under "My Courses". Please verify that the individual who has purchased the course is the individual taking the course. If different individual, please contact our support team to resolve the issue at [email protected].
